Across his career, Niaz has worked across multiple regions and cultures, leading high-impact strategic advisory engagements for senior executives at more than ten global automotive manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. His expertise spans aftersales transformation, process optimisation, customer experience, and large-scale performance improvement programmes.

When he’s not leading the company, Niaz can usually be found resisting the allure of the latest tech gadgets, pursuing his passion for riding high-performance motorbikes, and keeping up with his wife and their energetic husky, Nat.
