A highly respected global executive and transformation leader, Wolfgang Wagner brings extensive expertise across quality management, digitalisation, decarbonisation, and international business expansion. With a career spanning Europe and Asia, he has built a strong reputation for guiding organisations through complex operational, regulatory, and market challenges.

Wolfgang currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ASQMS Deutschland GmbH, where he leads the organisation’s authorised oversight operations outside of China. His role ensures the integrity and global alignment of ASQMS activities, reflecting his deep experience in quality systems and international governance.

Wolfgang also serves as CEO of ACCU X-Tech Co. Limited in Hong Kong, part of the global Accu Group, where he oversees programmes related to quality training and consulting (in partnership with VDA-QMC China), digitalisation initiatives, sustainability and carbon-reduction projects, and software development solutions.
